Shipping
Once order placed estimated shipping can take minimum 5 days to maximum 10 days for delivery. Our delivery partners make every effort to ensure orders reach you on or before the promised time. The estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on your location as well as local administration controls, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. Our delivery partner will try there best to let you inform in case of any delay.

Returns/Replacement
Returns will be allowed only within 7 days of delivery and only in case of manufacturing defects. Our support team will verify the same. Returns will be issued after the kit has been received by our production team and verified by them and would take 5-7 working days.

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped, cancellation requests post shipping will not be accepted. To cancel an order - please send an email to: bhartiyarobotics@gmail.com with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Number is the actual order number that you received after placing the order. Or you can call at 6396814140. The request will be processed in 3 business days.
